Group Cycling Bike



Group cycling bike is another common gym equipment, which you will find almost in every gym. You may prefer cycling bike as it allows working out sitting on it. There are two types of cycling bike. Such as-

  2. Recumbent Bike


Upright bike looks like a traditional road bike and the recumbent bike comes with a backrest. You can workout leaning your shoulder on the recumbent bike. There are some bikes with a monitor, which shows the level of stamina, speed, calories burned and so forth.

Things to do


  1. While working on it, don’t tend to lean your head and shoulder towards the handle of the bike. It is not the proper position for doing this exercise. It will make you tired and damage your body shape. Try to keep your head, shoulder and waist in a straight line.
  2. Don’t forget to keep your knees straight. Very often, you may become inattentive during the workout. In subconscious mind, your knees may lose the position, which may lead to knee pain after the gym. So try to keep your vision on your knees and keep it in the straight line.
  3. Be cautious at the time of pedaling; keep your toes flat on the floor. Otherwise, it will injure your ankles.
